After physical therapy in the morning, I loaded up the kayaks and met Ryan at Almond Road to pick him up. We went to Willow Grove Lake where the Maurice River leads from and put our boats in the water.
The ride was much more calm this time, which sounds nice but it wasn't quite as exciting as last time. It seemed much shorter also.
It was a good trip, there were plenty of nice spots to enjoy nature and the quiet, flowing river. I think the next time we go we're going to try to find a more difficult area.
I went for a bike ride later to take advantage of the nice weather that I'm sure won't last. It was an exhausting, but fun day.
