Aug 12, 2009

I went for a bike ride in the morning. It was hot but I want to get ready to do a long ride before summer is over. Katie and I went up to Turnersville to see a movie but we got there late, so we had to wait for the next show. We went to the shopping plaza for a short time and then to a nearby bar with great specials. After a few beers and a phone call to Moe's, we went to get food.

I got a burrito to enjoy during the movie and Katie got a taco. The signs announcing this newly opened Moe's are poorly placed.

We saw 500 Days of Summer and it was awesome. I want to see it again already. I think it could become one of my favorite movies.

After the movie, we went to a church show up in that area where Deas Vail was playing. They were really good, I had never even heard their music before.

All the bands that played were good, especially Deas Vail and Abel. The people in the bands were really friendly and I talked to the bassist from Deas Vail about disc golf because they had stickers and a frisbee at their table. It turns out they play all the time as they tour.

In conclusion, you should listen to Deas Vail and ask me to go for a bike ride with you.
