Mar 17, 2010

Ryan picked up Chuck and me in the morning and we headed to Delaware for a day of disc golf. We went to Carousel Park first for a good beating.

The weather was perfect and we got a workout on all the hills of the course. Chuck wasn't a big fan of those but we all had a good time.

We were ready for a break after 18 holes at that course so we went to Quizno's for lunch. Once we were refueled we headed out to course two.

Even though the first course was really nice and barely showed any signs of rain damage, Lum's Pond was flooded and almost unplayable. We had to walk carefully around the first few holes to get to our discs, so after the second one we decided to go to a different one.

We went to Iron Hill, which is another brutal course with long fairways. It wasn't muddy though, so that was a plus. We played about nine holes probably, which add up to a full course somewhere else, before calling it a day and going home.

I came home and had time to relax and have something to eat before band practice. We sounded really good with all of us there. We worked a few things out and ended the night excited about playing our show.

I hung out watching Californication for a while and then went for another night run because I couldn't sleep.
