Dec 2, 2009

I picked up Joanna at Rowan and we headed to Iron Hill disc golf course in Delaware for the first of what we planned to be two games.

The course was nicely designed. The holes got better as we went further along on the course past the fifth one that we ended on when we played last year. There were a lot of different challenges; most of them were fun.

We were warned by a self-described "course pro" about hole 17 because it's very long and narrow. By this point, it had started to rain as well so the discs were slippery. We both scored a 9 on it (or an 8, it wasn't really clear,) which was all we were hoping for, just to stay under 10.

We came back to Rowan and went to Nick's pizza to eat before going to Shop Rite for a few things and almost buying a Wii. After that we were somewhat interested in finding one for cheaper so we looked around. Then we went back to Joanna's and looked online for them. We found a few other things we wanted but no cheaper Wii. We got tea from Progressive and browsed the university book store while we waited for it to cool down.

I went to my film class for the lecture but skipped the film to come back and study/do homework/watch tv.
