I picked up Erika and went to Saladworks for lunch to catch up. It seems like it's been a while since we even talked. The salad was good but I took half of it home since it's so big. We walked around the mall looking for random things. I found a pair of sunglasses at Boscov's that will have to do for now. As usual, nothing else interested me. I need to find a store I like.

I had to go to the unemployment office for an "orientation" even though they haven't approved my claim yet. What a waste of time either way. They give you tips on finding a job and show you what kind of help the state offers for job training services. I guess if that's what you want to do it's not a waste of time but it is for me.

So I wasn't very camera happy today but I did do other things. I went to my mom's for dinner later and had some vegetables while talking about the state of all things and the hopeful future. After dinner I met Ryan at the gym for a good workout and then I headed home and went for a run around the neighborhood. It was a good night for a run and I kept walking around after I was done running to enjoy the night.
