I worked at Lakeside this morning with a math class. We watched a video, from the 80's of course, about ratios. It was somewhat entertaining the first time, but the next two times not as much.
The band met at Jeff's house at four, the first time we have all been on time for any practice ever. We were all eager to get into it and play some music again.
It was great. We played the old songs, some new songs and even wrote a new one on the spot as well as picked a new cover song.
We took a break for dinner and got pizza from Deli Plus. We talked about things we wanted to do with the band and places we'd like to play.
After eating we went back to playing for a while. I feel like we got a lot accomplished tonight. We have at least one more practice this week. It would be nice to get a third one in before we go back to school.
