Well I spent the day hanging out with Kate at her house and then I went to Parvin for a run around the lake until I started getting a blister on my toe so I felt like I couldn't run anymore. I felt like I hadn't done anything so later at night I did the first video of Insanity. It was pretty intense so I think I'll stick with it.
