I spent some of the morning editing photos from Providence and Boston then went to Golden Corral with Kate and her family for lunch. It was pretty good. Never as good as I remember it though. I went to Parvin for a five mile run around the frozen lake later. It was nice and only a little cold.
I met Ryan at the gym later for some circuits and work on the TRX straps.
I went to Kate's to hang out later and have some of the beer we got on the trip. Chocolate Raspberry UFO so good!
