The morning was hectic, from Art History to spray painting my sculpture some more to try to fix it up and getting some food before our Portrait class meeting where we talked about our progress and new ideas to work toward. I then opened up my site in class and had to leave for work.
I had an Alternative School English class. Some of the classes were just annoying, with some of the largest groups I've ever had at Alt School. Some classes were small and well-behaved. Overall the night went well and pretty quick.
I picked up Chuck and Jeff and went to Quizzo, where we were one of only two teams, the other being one guy. On top of that, Shakedown forgot his microphone cable so he couldn't use the PA. He was about to pack it in but then asked if we'd mind playing without the speakers. We had no problem with that, we came for trivia! We sat at the bar as he went between our team and the other guy, asking each round's questions. It was pretty funny actually.
The music round was best, as he played clips of songs three times without saying anything in between, probably confusing the customers who didn't know we were playing a game. We also got free beer because of a tap mix-up. They just piled glasses of beer on the bar and welcomed us to drink them. Win. Speaking of win, we kicked the ass of the other guy. He got a second place gift card just for playing though so that's cool for him. It was a great night of fun at Quizzo. A very intimate unplugged evening!
