We woke up to a wet tent, inside a little as well as outside.
At least it had stopped raining so we could take the tent down and pack up easily.
This was one of the many deer that frequented the campsites. They just walked around, unafraid of anyone that was right next to them.
We headed out after showering and drove down the foggy, wet Skyline Drive. We planned on doing another hike, but the rain changed that plan. It was supposed to rain the next few days too so we just headed back home.
We stopped in Baltimore and parked the Whole Foods garage since we get two free hours if we shop there.
We walked over to the harbor and got bubble tea at the place I got smoothies from last time we came.
We got food at Whole Foods and sat in their lunch area for a while eating. They have great food.
We continued on our way home, passing through toll after toll and driving in the rain.
I got back to my house to find a bat in the hallway.
He surrendered peacefully and I let him fly out into the night.
I was tired after the long drive home and had no problem going to sleep.
